Our 3 Core Pillars:
1. Funding Research: Supporting Breakthroughs
2. Awarding Scholarships: Empowering Education
3. Raising Awareness: Fostering Understanding
Almost all of what we raise will be used to fund research and support our scientific allies in finding breakthroughs that could improve the lives of those affected by the disorder.
We will provide two scholarships annually. Scholarships will equate to 1% each (total 2%) of the total funds raised that year (up to $ 1,000 each = $ 2,000 total), unless our Board of Directors votes to allocate more in a given year. Who is eligible for the scholarships, and how are the students chosen?
A small percentage of the donations will be allocated towards fostering understanding and educating the broader public about GNAO1-Neurodevelopmental Disorders. Educational initiatives will be developed and implemented by our Board of Directors.
We are recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity. Our tax ID number is 99-1503867.
